ABOUT US
Dynamic Sports International is a
full-service athlete management and marketing company, helping
athletes to achieve success both on and off the track. It is our
mission to take athlete management to a new level. We are
dedicated to the needs of our athletes and strive to create new
opportunities in a growing sports market. We are committed to
giving each athlete personalized service in many areas
including, but not limited to, contract negotiation,
endorsements, competition entry, and public relations. DSI was
started by two former professional world class athletes and
Olympians, Jeff Hartwig and Jillian Schwartz. Having a combined
23 years of experience in professional track and field, we truly
understand what it takes to be successful in the sport, and will
use that knowledge to help anyone we can.
JEFF HARTWIG
Jeff recently
retired from competition as a pole vaulter, after one of the
most successful and lengthy careers in track and field history.
In 2008, while still competing at a very high level at the age
of 40 (an amazing feat in itself), Jeff qualified for his second
Olympic team – 12 years after his first Olympic team! He also
still holds the Indoor American Record in the pole vault.
Needless to say, he has been in the business for a very long
time, and has formed good relationships with people across all
areas of the sport. This, combined with his high ethical and
business standards and his degree in Marketing, make the move to
becoming a manager a natural progression.
JILLIAN SCHWARTZ
One of the top
pole-vaulters in the world, Jillian has been a member of seven
national teams, and has competed internationally with USA Track
& Field. Schwartz made her first Olympic team with her runner-up
finish at the 2004 Olympic Trials. She is a three-time US
National Championships runner-up outdoors, and three-time
runner-up in USA Indoors. After placing second at the 2004 USA
Indoors, she had a career best at 2004 World Indoors setting a
personal best and placing fourth overall at the event. Jillian
has also recently retired and is looking forward to put her
degree in Economics and her extreme attention to detail to use
to help athletes progress their careers in track and field. |
